Midweight Designer

A B-Corp-certified wellness/personal care brand that designs everything itself, from packaging, retail and OOH, through to email, web, and paid social. 

The Role
The work here is 360: web, paid social, email and landing pages on the digital side; packaging, POS, FSDUs and print on the physical. You’ll take creative direction and turn it into polished, on-brand output across static and some motion, often across several live projects at once.

This is a hands-on making role, but not a purely executional one. You’ll be expected to bring ideas, sketch early thinking, and help shape campaign concepts rather than only deliver them. The brand positions itself as elevated and premium while still hitting DTC margins, so the work carries both the identity and the commercial result.

The Person
You’re a Midweight Designer with roughly two to four years behind you – strong enough to lean senior – currently in-house at a consumer or DTC brand, in an agency, or somewhere comparably fast. 

Your portfolio is genuinely broad: brand and digital work sitting next to print, packaging and retail; you’re confident in Figma and Adobe CS, and you’re comfortable preparing artwork for production.
