Export Coordinator Stallingborough GBP27,000 to GBP30,000 Permanent Are you experienced within export, shipping or freight operations and looking for a role where you can take ownership of shipments and build strong relationships with customers? Winsearch is recruiting an Export Coordinator to join an established logistics operation in the Stallingborough area. This is a varied position suited to someone who enjoys a busy operational environment, coordinating shipments, solving problems and ensuring customers receive a reliable service from start to finish. The Role You ll be part of an experienced operational team responsible for keeping export movements on track. From receiving shipment instructions through to final delivery, you ll coordinate the different stages of the process and act as a key point of contact for customers and operational partners. Key Responsibilities Coordinate export shipments from booking through to deliveryOrganise space and shipment requirements with shipping linesLiaise with customers regarding bookings, documentation and shipment progressEnsure the necessary export information and paperwork is received and accurateWork closely with transport planning and other operational departmentsCommunicate with freight partners, suppliers and international colleaguesKeep internal systems and shipment records accurate and up to dateManage customer enquiries and respond to operational issues promptlyProvide customers with regular updates throughout the movement of their goodsSupport internal reporting and performance requirementsWork collaboratively with the wider team to maintain an efficient operation What We re Looking For Previous experience within freight, logistics, shipping or export operations is important for this position. Ideally, you will have: Around 2 years experience within export operations, freight or a similar environmentPractical knowledge of export proceduresExperience coordinating freight bookings or shipmentsConfidence dealing directly with customers and external partnersStrong organisation and attention to detailAccurate administration and data–entry skillsGood written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to manage several priorities within a busy operational environmentGood general IT skills, including Microsoft Office Why Apply?
