Join a Growing Facade Remediation Specialist

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Estimator to join a well established and rapidly growing contractor specialising in facade remediation projects. Based in Worcestershire, this is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking business with a strong pipeline of work across the UK.

The successful candidate will play a key role in securing new projects, preparing competitive tenders, and supporting continued business growth within the façade remediation and cladding sector.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates and tender submissions
  
  
• Review project specifications, drawings, and technical documentation
  
  
• Assess labour, material, plant, and subcontractor costs
  
  
• Source and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
  
  
• Identify value engineering opportunities where appropriate
  
  
• Attend pre-tender and client meetings when required
  
  
• Manage the tender process from enquiry through to submission
  
  
• Liaise closely with commercial, operational, and project delivery teams
  
  
• Support business development activities and client relationships
  
  
• Maintain awareness of current market conditions and pricing trends
  
  

 

Candidate Requirements

• Previous estimating experience within the façade, cladding, construction, or remediation sector
  
  
• Strong technical understanding of façade remediation projects
  
  
• Knowledge of External Wall Insulation (EWI), Render Systems, and Cladding
  
  
• Proven track record of producing successful tenders and securing projects
  
  
• Excellent commercial awareness and attention to detail
  
  
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and technical information
  
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
  
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software packages
