About the role
Oracle Design Lead - Government - 12 month contract inside IR35 - SC Clearance
I have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Oracle Design Lead to help shape and own the functional design for a major Oracle-enabled transformation for our government client.
You will be joining a digital programme with wide organisational reach, and coordinate design decisions across HR, Finance and Commercial so the new ERP and related solutions land smoothly and deliver the intended outcomes.
Due to the urgency and nature of the role, candidates will ideally hold active SC Clearance.
I am keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Experience working as an Oracle Design Lead, ideally on large-scale Digital Transformation programmes within the public sector.
- Strong understanding of functional design and process integration.
- Proven experience delivering complex projects in a multi-stakeholder, multi-supplier environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence working across organisational boundaries.
- Robust planning, RAID management, governance and assurance experience.
- Ability to provide clear leadership, structure and direction in a fast-paced and evolving programme.
- Flexibility to work hybrid 3 days onsite
