Job Role: Production Operative
Location: Avonmouth, BS11
Hours: Monday - Friday 6.00am-1.50pm
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Role Type: Temporary to permanent
gap personnel Bristol are operating as an employment agency and currently looking to recruit X2 Production Operatives for our manufacturing client based in Avonmouth, BS11. As a Production Operative you will join a team where you will become a key and valued member providing support.
Whilst experience can be a benefit, the site offer full training for the role with options for full time career opportunities to those that demonstrate a good work ethic.
This job starts on the 9th November 2026.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assembling parts
- Operating machinery
- Packing of the customer orders
- Following correct health & safety measures for the site
- Quality control check of products
