Seeking to join a global manufacturing company? Look no further this is your opportunity. Due to continued success, I am working with a leading manufacturer who are seeking for a Buyer to join their successful team on a permanent basis.
About you…
- Previous experience working within a purchasing environment
- Ideally have experience using ERP/MRP systems
Reporting to the Procurement Manager you will…
- Raise and process POs in the company's ERP/MRP system.
- Assist with supplier onboarding and documentation where required.
- Contact suppliers via telephone and email to confirm order acknowledgements and delivery dates.
- Record supplier responses and update system information accordingly.
- Maintain filing systems and procurement documentation.
- Support stock and inventory review activities as required.
- Ensure PO information is accurate and complete.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Other adhoc duties
