Quantity Surveyor
Cookstown / Hybrid | Full-Time | Competitive Salary
Join a growing utilities and infrastructure contractor delivering major water and civil engineering projects.
Duties:
- Manage costs, valuations, variations and final accounts.
- Administer NEC/FIDIC contracts.
- Manage subcontractor procurement and accounts.
- Prepare commercial reports, forecasts and cost plans.
- Monitor project risks and expenditure.
Criteria:
- 5+ years' QS experience.
- Strong NEC/FIDIC knowledge.
- Experience with tendering, cost planning and commercial management.
- Utilities, civils or infrastructure experience desirable.
