About the role
Commercial Office Administrator, Forkhill
Maternity Cover
Up to £16/hr
Ideally working Monday to Thursday 830 to 5 and 2pm Friday finishes.
(flexible if needed)
Working within a supportive team, duties will include;
Prepare quotations, process orders
Handle customer enquiries, resolve order queries and keep management informed
Maintain records, prepare reports and provide general office support
Support marketing, customer certification and quality/compliance documentation
Assist with payments, credit control and accounts administration.
