Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Location: BilstonSalary: £40,000 - £50,000 OTE with OvertimeShift: Days Only | Monday to Friday | NO WEEKENDSWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established business based in Bilston.This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer looking for a days-based role, offering a competitive salary of £40,000, with the opportunity to earn up to £50,000 through overtime. Working Monday to Friday, this role offers a great work-life balance with no weekend work.The Role: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across production machinery. Diagnosing and repairing electrical and mechanical faults. Responding to machinery breakdowns and minimising production downtime. Supporting continuous improvement and machinery reliability. Working closely with the production team to ensure efficient operation of equipment. The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer or Maintenance Engineer. Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills. Experience working within a manufacturing or production environment. A proactive approach to maintenance and problem-solving. Experience with PLCs and automated machinery would be advantageous. What's on Offer: £40,000 basic salary. Opportunity to earn up to £50,000 with overtime. Days-only working pattern.
