DC Pension Administration Lead

An exciting opportunity for an experienced DC Pensions professional to join a leading UK pensions organisation on an 18-month fixed-term contract, supporting the growth and stabilisation of a developing DC administration team.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll help drive service performance, support operational improvements and provide hands-on expertise across a wide range of DC administration activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the mobilisation and development of a DC administration function
- Improve service delivery, controls, SLAs and KPIs
- Manage complex cases, escalations and operational risks
- Coach and support team members and future leaders
- Drive continuous improvement and process efficiency
- Proven experience in DC pension administration
- Strong knowledge of investments, reconciliations and member services
- Experience delivering operational improvement, change or stabilisation initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to balance hands-on delivery with operational oversight
