Role: MHE Trainer & FLT DriverLocation: Bishop's StortfordHours: 07:00am Pay: £16.50 per hourAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced MHE Trainer & FLT Driver to our client in Bishop's Stortford.This is a varied role combining FLT training and assessments, new starter inductions and hands-on warehouse operations.Benefits as an MHE Trainer & FLT Driver:Opportunity to join a leading visual communications company.Varied role combining training and warehouse operations.Working within a busy and supportive team.Opportunity to develop and support colleagues.MHE Trainer & FLT Driver duties:Deliver FLT training and competency assessments for Counterbalance, Reach Truck and PPT operators.Carry out refresher training and identify training requirements.Deliver operational inductions for new starters.Maintain accurate training records and operator authorisations.Promote and maintain high health and safety standards.Support Goods In and Goods Out activities.Receive, check and record incoming stock.Operate FLT equipment to move stock and materials around the site.Deliver materials to and from printing and finishing machines.Carry out stock checks, stock takes and cycle counts.Update stock management systems and investigate stock discrepancies.Maintain excellent warehouse housekeeping and organisation.To be considered for this role, you must have:A recognised FLT/MHE Trainer qualification accredited by RTITB, AITT or ITSSAR.Proven experience operating Counterbalance and Reach Trucks.Experience delivering FLT training and assessments within a warehouse environment.Good knowledge of warehouse and stock operations.Excellent communication and organisational skills.A strong understanding of health and safety procedures.The ability to work independently and as part of a team.If you're an experienced MHE Trainer looking for a varied, hands-on role combining training and warehouse operations, we'd love to hear from you!Please apply below!INDHAR
