Responsibilities
- Prepare bookkeeping as required and draft bank payments while verifying supplier details
- Raise sales invoices with careful consideration of domestic and international VAT and income tax implications
- Perform reconciliation of client agent statements and accounting records
- Review card payment transactions alongside supporting invoices and receipts
- Prepare VAT returns and management figures to a high standard
- Investigate and resolve complex queries from clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
