Administrator Full-Time 12.71 per hour (higher salary avaliable depending on experiance) Our client is looking for a motivated and organised Administrator to join their team in Wolverhampton. The role will begin on a temporary basis for three months, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate. The Role You'll support the day-to-day running of the office while gaining valuable administrative experience and developing your skills. Key Responsibilities Maintaining organised digital and paper filing systems. Scanning, naming and filing documents accurately. Using Microsoft Outlook to manage emails and calendars. Entering information into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets. Answering telephone calls and taking messages. Greeting visitors and providing general office support. Assisting colleagues with a variety of administrative tasks. What We're Looking For Organised with good attention to detail. Confident using a computer and willing to learn Microsoft Office. Friendly with good communication skills. Reliable, punctual and eager to learn.
