Learning & Development Specialist 12 Month Fixed Term Contract About the Opportunity: We're pleased to be supporting a long-term client in their search for an experienced Learning & Development professional. Joining a well-established organisation, you'll play a key role in developing customer facing colleagues and supporting a culture of continuous learning. Working as part of a collaborative People team, you'll design and deliver training, provide coaching and work closely with operational leaders to identify development needs and improve performance. What You'll Be Doing Delivering engaging training and induction programmes.Designing practical learning materials and resources.Providing coaching and support to individuals and teams.Identifying learning needs and recommending development solutions.Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.Monitoring the effectiveness of training and using insight to drive improvements.Supporting a culture of continuous learning and development.About You Experience within regulated financial services, lending or contact centre environments would be advantageous.Previous experience delivering training within an FCA-regulated environment.Comfortable working with a range of stakeholders and building effective working relationships.A confident facilitator who enjoys helping people develop and perform at their best.An understanding of how learning and development can support both colleague performance and customer outcomes.Why consider this opportunity?
