Project Manager - Fit-Out & M&E

We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join a long-term project based in Derby.
The successful candidate will have strong experience delivering commercial fit-out and M&E projects, with the ability to manage works from planning through to completion.
Key requirements:
- Proven Project Management experience within construction
- Strong fit-out and M&E background
- Experience managing subcontractors and site teams
- Confident managing programmes, H&S, quality and project delivery
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Relevant site qualifications, ideally SMSTS and CSCS
- Available to start ASAP
