Desktop Support Analyst - Professional Services, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 £260 per day (Inside IR35) London / Fully onsite 3 months I am currently working with a high-profile client who urgently requires a Desktop Support Analyst to provide first and second-line support within a busy, customer-focused professional services environment. Key Requirements: Proven Desktop Support / 2nd Line Support experience. Previous experience within a legal, financial or comparable professional services organisation. Strong experience supporting senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Windows 11, Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online. Experience with Entra ID, Active Directory, MFA and Microsoft Intune. Knowledge of macOS, iOS and multifunction printing solutions. Experience using ServiceNow for ticket, knowledge and asset management. Strong troubleshooting, communication and customer service skills. Experience supporting laptops, mobile devices and meeting room technology. Desirable Skills: Experience with iManage or a similar document management system. Knowledge of Mimecast, Microsoft Configuration Manager and Nexthink. ITIL Foundation or relevant Microsoft certifications. Experience supporting a large user base across multiple offices.
