About the role
Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day damp and mould service. Drive down WIP/backlogs and improve turnaround times. Manage and monitor KPIs, SLAs, data and performance. Oversee budgets, expenditure and financial performance. Manage and lead a team of Supervisors and Surveyors. Monitor team and contractor performance and address underperformance. Analyse MI and implement actions to improve productivity and efficiency. Report performance, financials About YouYou will need to demonstrate: Strong experience and understanding of damp and mould case management. Experience managing Surveyors, Supervisors and/or technical operational teams. A strong commercial mindset and experience managing budgets, expenditure and financial performance. xjnqpsq Proven experience working with KPIs, SLAs and performance targets.
