MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

WE'RE HIRING – 3 x MAINTENANCE SUPERVISORS Location: Brandon, Suffolk (IP27) Pay: £160 per day Start Date: Monday 9th November 2026 Duration: 7 weeks (until 23rd December) Hours: Monday – Friday | 8am – 4pm Positions: 3 Available Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for 3 experienced Maintenance Supervisors to work with a leading UK property maintenance contractor on a temporary contract in Brandon, Suffolk. THE ROLE: Supervising day-to-day building maintenance and repair works Managing tradespeople, operatives and subcontractors Overseeing planned and reactive maintenance activities Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard Conducting site inspections and ensuring health & safety compliance Liaising with contract managers and coordinating workloads WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, Repairs Supervisor or Site Supervisor Strong background in building maintenance, property repairs or social housing Experience supervising trades and subcontractors Good understanding of RAMS and health & safety procedures SSSTS, SMSTS or CSCS desirable but not essential Must be available to start 9th November COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS: Successful candidates must be able to provide: Basic DBS check Two employment references Right to Work documentation Valid photographic ID Relevant mandatory training documentation Fleet/driver compliance where applicable 3 POSITIONS AVAILABLE – QUICK TURNAROUND! xjnqpsq INTERESTED?
