Trade Counter Assistant

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm, Alternate Saturdays 6:30am - 3:30pm About The Role: Join a well-established, family-owned builders’ merchant, based in Willesden. We're looking for a friendly and knowledgeable Trade Counter Sales Assistant to provide excellent customer service and ensure the smooth running of this busy trade counter. Requirements: * 2+ years experiece in a builders' merchant: preferred * Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service * A ‘can do’ attitude * Strong knowledge of hardware products and building materials * Good communication skills with a confident, customer-first approach * A team player who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment * Ability to manage tasks efficiently and remain motivated under pressure
