The provision focuses on providing a supportive and structured learning environment where pupils can develop their confidence, independence and social skills. The school is looking to appoint a confident and outgoing ASD Teaching Assistant on a full-time, temporary ongoing basis, with an immediate start available. The successful ASD Teaching Assistant will support pupils with their learning, manage challenging behaviour and work closely with teaching staff to provide consistent support, demonstrating a strong-willed, resilient approach while maintaining positive relationships with pupils.
