Job Description:
Overview
We’re seeking an Electrical Site Supervisor to coordinate and assist with on-site electrical work and support safe, well-organised project delivery. Working on UK sites, predominantly in the Water and Waste Water sector, you’ll guide site teams, monitor progress and help ensure work meets project plans and quality requirements.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and assist with electrical installation activities and coordinate daily tasks with site teams.
- Monitor progress against project schedules, identify delays and raise issues promptly.
- Promote safe working practices and ensure work follows relevant procedures and specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors and other trades to resolve site issues.
- Your impact: Clear coordination helps site teams complete compliant electrical work efficiently, supporting reliable project delivery.
Skills
- Experience in electrical installation including cable containment, testing and working in construction environments.
- Management skills, including the ability to organise work and communicate expectations clearly.
- Previous work in the Water and Waste Water sector is highly desirable.
