We're keen to hear from people who: Have previous experience working with children in a UK primary school environment.Are confident providing individual support and working with small groups of pupils.Can build positive relationships with children and establish trust.Can adapt their support to meet individual educational, emotional and behavioural needs.Have experience with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, sensory needs or learning difficulties on a 1–1 or group basis (desirable but not essential).Are happy to work in different schools and adapt quickly to new surroundings.Are able to travel to Poynton and surrounding areas to work as an SEN Teaching Assistant.Make a difference with flexible supply work!
