Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager in Haywards Heath, you will oversee core accounting activity for a growing business and help keep financial information accurate and useful. You will manage day–to–day finance work, giving the wider business clear figures to support informed decisions. Client Details The organisation operates in a well established sector based in the Haywards Heath area. Description Manage day–to–day accounting activities to maintain accurate and timely financial records.Prepare regular financial information to help the business understand its current position.Review financial data and resolve discrepancies to improve the accuracy of reporting.Maintain organised accounting records so information is easy to access when needed.Work with colleagues across the business to gather financial information and answer finance queries.Monitor finance processes and identify practical ways to improve consistency and efficiency.Support the preparation of financial updates that help guide business planning and decisions.Profile A successful Finance Manager should have: Experience managing day–to–day accounting activities and maintaining accurate records.Strong financial reporting skills, with the ability to present clear and useful information.Confidence reviewing financial data and investigating discrepancies.Good understanding of accounting processes and record keeping.Ability to organise finance tasks effectively and meet regular deadlines.Clear communication skills when working with colleagues on finance matters.Be comfortable working in a stand alone finance opportunity.Job Offer Permanent Finance Manager in Haywards HeathSalary of 38,000 to 40,000, dependent on the level of experience.Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm in office22 days holiday and parkingIf you're interested in this role, apply now.
