Picker / Packer (Despatch Operator) - Day shift

Our client, JAQ Group / The Essence Vault, a rapidly expanding fragrance company based just outside Randalstown, is seeking reliable and motivated Picker / Packers to join their busy Despatch Team. Be part of a vibrant, fast-paced environment where your work helps deliver high-quality fragrance products to customers across the UK and beyond. Own transport is essential for this role.

Pay Rates:

Week 1-12: £12.72 Per Hour

After 12 weeks: £13.45 Per Hour

Working Hours: At least 4 shifts per week between

Monday and Sunday, 8am - 4pm

Job Type: Full Time, Temporary ongoing

Job Duties:

· Picking customer orders accurately

· Preparing and packing orders with care

· Carrying out stock quality checks

· Keeping workstations clean and organised

· Processing deliveries & liaising with couriers

· Ensuring all documentation is correct

· Supporting general warehouse operations

Essential Criteria:

· Own transport

· Strong communication and teamwork skills

· Excellent attention to detail

· Good organisation & time management

· Flexible, reliable, and proactive

· Willingness to work extra hours when needed
