You ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding on a range of commercial security systems, ensuring customers receive a reliable, professional service. Key Responsibilities Service, maintain and repair CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systemsDiagnose and resolve faults efficientlyCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)Complete accurate service reports and documentationBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsParticipate in a 1 in 6 call-out rota About You We re looking for an experienced Security Engineer who takes pride in their technical ability and customer service. Ideally, you ll have: Experience servicing commercial CCTV, Intruder Alarm and Access Control systemsStrong fault-finding and diagnostic skillsIntruder Alarm experience essentialA full UK driving licenceA professional and customer-focused approach Installation Engineers looking to make the move into service are also encouraged to apply.
