This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced training professional with a strong SHE background who wants to go beyond traditional training delivery and make a lasting impact on how safety is lived and breathed throughout the organisation.
If you're motivated by developing people, championing best practice, and helping create safer workplaces every day, we'd love to hear from you.

- Analyse training data and KPIs to identify trends, monitor compliance and drive continuous improvement.
- Translate complex technical and legislative requirements into practical, accessible learning solutions.
- Build strong relationships with employees, managers, senior leaders and industry bodies to promote competence and safety excellence.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a motivated and knowledgeable professional with:
- NEBOSH or IEMA Certificate (or equivalent qualification).
- Demonstrable experience designing, coordinating and delivering SHE training within an operational, manufacturing, industrial, construction, logistics or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of current SHE legislation, regulatory requirements and industry best practice.
- Experience managing learning management systems and supporting end users.
- Experience maintaining training records, matrices and compliance reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce meaningful KPI reports.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

- PTLLS, AET, PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Train the Trainer qualification.
- Experience managing external training providers and quality assurance processes.
