Driver Hire Nottingham are currently recruiting Class 2 Skip Drivers for an expanding client based in Central Nottingham.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business, with full training provided. Newly qualified Class 2 drivers will also be considered, making this a great opportunity to build your experience in the industry.
The Role
- Driving a Class 2 skip vehicle.
- Delivering and collecting skips from customers across the local area.
- Loading and unloading skips safely.
- Completing daily vehicle checks and relevant paperwork.
- Providing a professional and friendly service to customers.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
- Full training will be provided on the skip vehicle and role.
Pay & Hours
- Assignment rates starting from £17.75 per hour assignment rate.
- £26.63 per hour overtime for hours worked over 8 hours per day.
- Monday to Friday.
- 6:00am starts.
- Starting as soon as possible
- Regular work with an expanding client.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A valid UK Category C (Class 2) driving licence.
- An in-date Driver CPC.
- An in-date Digital Tachograph Card.
- The right to work in the UK.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous skip-driving experience is not required, as full training will be provided.
- Newly passed Class 2 drivers are welcome to apply.
