Key Responsibilities
Working closely with the Head Chef, your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen and ensuring smooth service.

Overseeing food preparation, cooking and presentation to maintain consistently high standards.

Assisting with menu development, stock control, ordering and minimising food wastage.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a passionate chef who enjoys leading from the front and takes pride in delivering quality food.

Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to take the next step.

A hands-on approach, excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality food.

A natural team leader who can motivate a brigade and thrive in a busy kitchen.
