Based in Bicester our client is looking for a Bookkeeper to join their team working 37.5 hours per week. Supporting the day-to-day transaction processing and with month-end close, you will be focused on accurate posting of customer payments, supplier invoices and expenses using Xero.
Offering £35,000 per annum.
Duties of the Bookkeeper:
· Post customer payments, instalments and overpayments.
· Update cashflow spreadsheets and maintain accurate income.
· Process sales, refunds and membership invoices.
· Manage card expenses, ensuring receipts and classifications are completed.
· Reconciliation of Bank Accounts, credit cards and supplier balances monthly.
· Support with month end, providing relevant documentation.
Experience:
· Previous bookkeeping skills.
· Experience using Xero is desirable but not required.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Strong communication skills.
· Confident on computers.
