The Business
A global ad tech business working with well-known brands across Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and APAC. It owns its full stack: proprietary buying technology, a cookieless identity solution, dynamic creative and AI-driven audience modelling.
The Role
You'll build, manage and optimise programmatic campaigns for global brands. You'll trade across the business's own platform and leading third-party DSPs including DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP and Yahoo DSP, and choose the right platform for each brief. Channels cover display, video, native, audio, DOOH and CTV.
Responsibilities
- Set up and QA campaigns across proprietary and external DSPs
- Monitor pacing and delivery daily, optimising bidding, frequency and targeting to hit client KPIs
- Manage cost of media alongside performance, and flag early when it drifts
- Set up pixels, conversion events and third-party tags (e.g. CM360), and troubleshoot tracking issues
- Activate and troubleshoot open exchange, PMP and programmatic guaranteed deals
- Turn campaign data into clear insight for Client Services and client reviews
- Run tests (e.g. A/B splits) and compare bidding strategies to find what works
- Feed back on platform features and workflow improvements to the Product team
- Senior level: lead sequential and lifecycle builds, macros and dynamic tracking, and support junior traders
Requirements
- 1-3 years in a programmatic trading role, with hands-on campaign setup in at least one major DSP (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP or Yahoo DSP)
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, pacing and reporting sheets)
- Analytical, detail-focused and able to explain performance clearly
- Confident written and spoken English
