What You'll Do:

• Work as part of a multi-skilled team to carry out planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring the client site meets required standards and scheduled tasks via Helpdesk/Planner and the Fix system.
• Perform plumbing duties, including repairs, blockages, installations, and complete Legionella and air quality testing with accurate records and reporting to the Lead Engineer; act as liaison with external agencies for compliance and sample management.
• Support building maintenance tasks such as signage installation, air conditioning filter cleaning, and minor repairs to site fabric, while maintaining workshop tools and machinery and ensuring high housekeeping standards.
• Complete routine daily/weekly duties, ensure compliance all safety procedures (including PPE use), report progress regularly to the lead engineer, and adhere to all statutory health and safety regulations.

• Relevant certification
• Self-motivated with a positive approach to learning, able to identify and pursue own training needs.
• Proactive with a strong sense of initiative and flexibility to adapt to changing role demands.
• Effective team player with good interpersonal skills, able to communicate clearly with customers, clients, and colleagues.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities, capable of working well under pressure.
