About the role
ServiceNow Developer - central government - 9 month contract - inside IR35 - Hybrid 3 days onsite
Due to increased demand, I have an immediate opportunity for an experienced ServiceNow Developer for our central government client. The role can be based across various UK locations, with an expectation to work hybrid 3 days onsite.
You'll be tasked with converting prioritised user stories into robust ServiceNow changes that support portfolio oversight and delivery. You'll follow agreed platform standards and controlled release processes so changes are safe, secure, and maintainable. The team needs extra development capacity to handle increased demand across the departmental portfolio.
As such, I am keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow development.
- Background working in Agile delivery teams.
- Good understanding of integrations and underlying data structures.
- Experience working within governed release and change processes.
- Knowledge of accessibility requirements for digital services.
- Familiarity with secure-by-design practices.
- Desirable: experience with SPM and/or PPM in ServiceNow.
