This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload of contentious matters, advising both commercial and private clients while developing your technical expertise and building strong client relationships.

The opportunity

• Manage a varied caseload of Litigation matters from instruction through to conclusion.
• Advise on a range of commercial and civil disputes, including contract disputes, debt recovery and property litigation.
• Handle contentious probate, professional negligence, partnership and shareholder disputes.
• Build strong client relationships, providing practical advice and keeping clients informed throughout their matters.

About you

• A qualified Solicitor with experience in litigation.
• Confident managing your own caseload and advising on a range of contentious matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
• A commercially minded approach with a genuine interest in developing client relationships and contributing to business growth.
