About the role
Overview
My well-established, expanding client is looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to run building services projects from concept through to post-completion. You'll have real ownership of your work, and because their employee-owned, a real stake in how the business does.
The Electrical Design Engineer team is friendly and collaborative, and will back you with a clear path to progress.
We're recruiting now and can make offers quickly. Interviews are on Teams or in person.

Day to dayAs a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you'll:
- Lead electrical designs, keeping projects on time, on budget and to a high standard
- Be the main client contact and run project meetings
- Review drawings, specifications and reports
- Work with other disciplines to find practical solutions
- Mentor our junior Electrical Design Engineers
Qualifications
- HND minimum (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering or a related subject
- Proven experience as an Electrical Design Engineer in building services
- Confident running projects independently, start to finish
- A strong communicator who's happy leading clients and teams
