The Opportunity:
Customer Service Administrator

Kirkstall Forge, Leeds | £13.16 per hour | 8-week Temporary Assignment | Full Time

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy and friendly business based at Kirkstall Forge, Leeds, on an initial 8-week temporary assignment.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administration skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is available to start a temporary role at short notice.

The Role:

• Providing a high standard of customer service via telephone and email
• Responding to customer queries professionally and efficiently
• Processing and updating information accurately on internal systems
• Supporting with general administration and data entry
• Liaising with colleagues across the business to resolve customer queries
• Maintaining accurate customer records
• Providing wider administrative support to the team as required

About you:
We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous customer service and/or administration experience
• Is confident speaking with customers over the telephone
• Has good written communication skills
• Is comfortable using IT systems and Microsoft Office
• Has excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Can work effectively in a busy, team-focused environment
• Is available for an 8-week temporary assignment
