As a Maintenance Operator, you’re not just helping maintain the hotel’s facilities and equipment – you’re contributing to a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment by supporting daily maintenance operations and creating memorable experiences for every guest.

Here's what you'll do during a typical day:

• Respond to maintenance requests: Address guest and team member work orders involving hotel facilities, equipment, and general maintenance needs, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Perform preventive maintenance: Inspect, maintain, and repair hotel facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure proper operation, safety, and functionality.
• Support event setups: Assist with the setup and teardown of equipment and facilities for events, meetings, and banquets, ensuring everything is in proper working condition.
• Document and report issues: Record completed maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs, and report any issues requiring further attention or major repairs.
• Support daily maintenance operations: Collaborate with the maintenance team and management to ensure the proper upkeep of hotel facilities and provide a safe and comfortable environment for guests and team members.
