Client Onboarding Specialist

Working with an exciting tech company in Leeds, we are looking to recruit a Client Onboarding Specialist to join their team.  Working with internal teams to support their external client base, the successful candidate will be on hand to support with the onboarding of new clients and ensuring they are trained in the products they have purchased. As an experienced training specialist, your duties will include:

• Delivering remote and in person training to all customers.
• Monitoring and evaluating training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and feedback reporting
• Creating engaging training materials
• Onboarding new customers, ensuring they receive the best possible start
• Create all external and internal training material
• Working with the training lead to increase attendance
• Maintaining accurate training records for all customers
• Monitoring the training inbox
• Ensuring all training tasks are completed to the required standard

This is an exciting role working within a fast-paced setting, this role will be office based and attendance to client site is required to deliver some training, therefore a car driver with vehicle is essential. The successful candidate will have:

• A previous client onboarding/training background
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Substantial experience working in a customer service environment
• Proactive, efficient, and able to work independently
• Good organisational skills
