Rate: Up to £74 per hour (Inside IR35)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Scrum Master to support agile delivery across digital and data teams in Reading.
Please note: Due to the nature of the work, candidates must already hold a high level of security clearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Support backlog refinement, prioritisation and sprint delivery.
- Identify and remove obstacles to maintain delivery progress.
- Drive continuous improvement and promote agile best practices.
- Coach teams and stakeholders on agile ways of working.
- Encourage collaboration across multidisciplinary digital and data teams.
- Manage dependencies, risks and delivery challenges.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working as a Scrum Master within agile delivery environments.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban and agile methodologies.
- Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and managing team dynamics.
- Background supporting digital and data delivery teams.
- Ability to identify and resolve blockers and drive continuous improvement.
- Experience with scaled agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS or Scrum@Scale.
- Professional certification such as PSM, CSM, SAFe Scrum Master or equivalent.
