About the role
My client are a national civil engineering contractor who are currently seeking a Foreman to help deliver works on a water treatment site in Chelmsford, with an immediate start available. The successful candidate must have previous water industry experience and a strong civils background. Foreman Responsibilities: * Supervising site operatives and subcontractors. * Managing day-to-day site activities. * Overseeing civil engineering works on the water treatment site. * Coordinating labour, plant and materials. * Delivering toolbox talks and ensuring health and safety compliance. * Liaising with the Site Manager and project team. * Ensuring works are completed safely, to programme and to the required quality standards. Foreman Requirements: * Gold CSCS or relevant supervisory CSCS card. * SSSTS or SMSTS. * Previous experience working on water treatment or water infrastructure schemes. * Strong civil engineering background. * Good understanding of RAMS and health and safety procedures. * Good communication and leadership skills. * Full UK driving licence. xjnqpsq The next steps to apply for the role!
