About the role
Floorcare Field Service Engineer
- Manchester & Northwest
- Birmingham & West Midlands
- M4 & London (Reading, Slough, Swindon)
A national provider of Commercial Floorcare equipment, which includes robotic vacuums, walk behind scrubbers and ride on sweepers, are seeking Floorcare Engineer's to join their established team.
Your Experience
You will be a Field Engineer with ideally some floorcare equipment experience, or transferable skills:
- Mechanical aptitude
- Battery or Diesel Engine fault-finding & testing
You will be capable of working on a variety of powered sweepers, scrubbers & driers, which may include manufacturers such as: Tennant, Hako, Nilfisk, Numatic, Duplex, Karcher, Taski, ICE, etc.
Our engineer’s work across a region Monday to Friday, so there may be the need for occasional overnight stays away from home.
Remuneration & Hours
- Basic salary £35,000 to £40,000 negotiable based on skillset
- Company Van (VW Transporter)/ Fuel Card/ Credit Card/ Laptop/ Mobile
- Monday to Friday only
- No weekend working
- Working day includes travel door to door
- Overnight stays (Hotel & Meals provided)
- Holiday - 25 days + Banks
- Training Provided (in house & shadowing)
- Pension Scheme
