- Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 (dependent on experience)

- Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
- 20 days annual leave + bank holidays, pension, training and development and more

We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join a friendly and supportive team as a Testing and Software Support Technician. This position would suit a recent graduate with a Maths, Science or IT-related background, or someone looking to take their first step into a career within technology.
You’ll be joining a business where you’ll have the opportunity to develop your technical skills, work closely with experienced developers and gain exposure to a variety of software testing and support responsibilities.
As a Software Support Technician, your key responsibilities will include:
- Testing software and working closely with developers to identify improvements
- Investigating and troubleshooting customer issues
- Replicating and escalating technical issues to the development team
- Providing support to customers via telephone and email
- Accurately logging customer interactions and technical queries
- Assisting with ad hoc projects and business initiatives
Requirements for the Software Support Technician:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Enthusiastic, methodical and eager to learn
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong Maths and Science GCSEs
- Degree in IT, Science or a related subject would be advantageous
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Able to work independently and prioritise workload effectively
Hours, Salary and Benefits for the Software Support Technician:
- £26,000 – £28,000 (dependent on experience)
- Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
- Based in Brighton
- 20 days annual leave + bank holidays, increasing with service
- Company pension
