About the role
Assistant Manager - £29,500 to 30,500pa
40 hours per week - Address: Hilton Park Services, M6 between Junction 10A and 11, Essington, Wolverhampton, WV11 2AT

What you will be doing as an Assistant Manager
As an Assistant Manager your responsibilities will involve supporting the day to day management and operation of your unit and colleagues: Including driving sales, unit budget and P&L, delivering brand standards, Health & Safety and recruitment.
Responsible for driving consistent high quality customer service
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, feeding back on potential issues, progress and overall performance.
What Skills & Knowledge you’ll need
An understanding of maximising profit by driving sales and controlling costs
An ability to build strong and positive relationships with stakeholders
Adhering to and ensuring delivery of brand standards
An emerging track record in managing and leading teams in a high volume, retail or catering brand environment
An efficient and productive manager, ensuring delivery of task’s in an effective and timely manner.
