CATERING ASSISTANT / CLEANER REQUIRED – GILLINGHAM
Location: Gillingham, Kent
Start: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing work available
Shift Times: Monday to Sunday 7am – 3pm
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Catering Assistant / Cleaner to join a busy team in Gillingham.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the catering team, assisting with food preparation and ensuring that kitchen and dining areas are kept clean, tidy and hygienic.
Duties will include:
- Assisting with basic food preparation and serving.
- Cleaning kitchen and catering areas.
- Washing up and maintaining cleanliness throughout the site.
- Cleaning tables and dining areas.
- Following all food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
- Supporting the team with general duties as required.
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS – essential.
- Basic Food Hygiene Certificate – essential.
- Previous catering or cleaning experience preferred.
- Good communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
