About the role
We are currently looking for 3 experienced Structural Steel Erectors to join a project based near Torness, East Lothian.
The Role
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient erection of structural steelwork on site. Previous experience working on structural steel projects is essential.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Structural Steel Erector
- Good understanding of structural steel erection and site procedures
- Relevant industry qualifications/tickets
- Ability to work safely as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
- Experience working on industrial or large-scale construction sites is advantageous
- Must be able to provide relevant qualifications and proof of experience
- Applicants must hold extensive experience with structural beam installations, being able to confidently work from a MEWP and read from drawings.
- Must have own tools including Podgers Sockets
Working Hours & Pay
- Monday to Friday: 07:30 - 17:00
- £270 a day
- Weekend uplift available
- Weekend work available for those looking to maximise hours
