A friendly and welcoming primary school in Berkhamsted is looking for a caring, enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant to join its Early Years team.

Working with young children is about so much more than learning letters and numbers. It's about building confidence, encouraging curiosity, celebrating small achievements, and helping children develop the skills they need to flourish.

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you'll help create a positive and nurturing environment in the education and training sectgor, where children feel supported, valued, and excited to learn.

You'll be someone who is patient, approachable, dependable, and passionate about helping children succeed in the education and training environment.

You may already have experience in a nursery, school, or childcare setting, or you may be looking for your first opportunity to work in education. Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.

Most importantly, you'll bring enthusiasm, a caring attitude, and a genuine desire to help young children reach their potential.
