Project Developer - Onshore Wind Projects
Scotland Based Office - Hybrid Working Pattern
Salary Range DOE: £55,000 - £65,000 + additional package benefits
Piper Maddox are currently supporting a leading international player in the renewable energy sector with the continued growth of their UK team. They have been established in the UK market for a number of years now and work across Onshore Wind and Solar projects.
What makes this company stand out as an offering is that they are a truly full-lifecycle business. They have a strong track record in the development, construction, and operation of these projects. They also have an in-house energy trading function so are able to facilitate the energy sale/PPA side of things.
This role would be working within their dedicated onshore wind function where the team have a demonstrable record of success in taking projects all the way through the project lifecycle. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects through key development milestones, through to the RTB stage, before managing the handover to the construction phase.
Your role would include securing key planning consents within the Scottish planning system, covering other consenting matters including EIA processes, managing key commercial points including project budgets & timelines, as wells ensuring all applicable land rights are in place in readiness for construction.
You would be joining up with a highly collaborative and multi-disciplinary team working within a very stable and well established business in the sector. This role would be a good fit for an experienced Project Developer with the ideal range being between 3-5 years of experience.
