HGV Class 1 – TRAMPING TIPPER WORK (MONDAY-FRIDAY)
Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to join our dynamic logistics team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of transportation operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods across various locations. As a key member of our driving team, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in your driving skills, this position is perfect for you!
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) license with a clean driving record (no more than 6 points)
- MPQC qualification required
- Tipper experience essential
- Quarry experience preferred
- Must be willing to undertake tramping work
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with safety standards
- Communicate professionally
- Strong knowledge of driving regulations and safety protocols for commercial vehicles
- Delivery driver experience with excellent time management skills
- Temp-to-perm opportunity – permanent position available for the right driver after approximately 3 months
