Overview

A private Ukrainian family based in Monaco is seeking two experienced rotational nannies to provide dedicated care for their 9-year-old daughter. The family has two children; however, the role is focused solely on the daughter, as their 12-year-old son does not require childcare.

The family resides in a fully staffed household, with the mother actively involved in the children’s lives and a bodyguard employed as part of the household team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, age-appropriate care for a 9-year-old girl.
• Support the child’s daily routine, wellbeing, and development.
• Communicate with the child in Russian at all times.
• Accompany the family during travel throughout all school holidays.
• Work collaboratively with the family and household staff.

There are no additional household, nursery, or housekeeping duties associated with this position.

Child’s Schedule

• Attends the International School of Monaco (ISM).
• School finishes at 3:00 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
• School finishes at 12:00 pm on Wednesdays.
• Returns home for approximately one hour at lunchtime.
• Has a private tutor.

Candidate Requirements

• English is an advantage.
• Please note that the family is Ukrainian and is seeking a fluent Russian speaker (essential).
• Previous experience working as a private nanny with school-aged children.
• Professional, discreet, flexible, and able to work within a high-profile household.

Recruitment Process

The recruitment process consists of:

• Stage 1: Initial interview.
• Successful candidates will then undergo:
