About the Property
A busy, high-volume accommodation property in West London, welcoming a diverse mix of domestic and international guests. With a fast-paced operation and high guest turnover, this is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership and drive operational standards.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of the property, ensuring high standards across guest experience, housekeeping, people, compliance and facilities.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for:
• Leading day-to-day property operations
• Managing and developing operational teams
• Housekeeping, cleanliness & guest experience
• Health & Safety and compliance
• Maintenance & facilities
• Rotas, staffing & performance
• Cost control and operational budgets
• Guest complaints and service recovery
• SOPs, processes and operational standards
• Working closely with the General Manager
The ideal Operations Manager will have:
• Hotel, hostel or accommodation operations experience
• Strong team management experience
• Front Office & Housekeeping knowledge
• H&S and compliance experience
• Excellent guest-service and problem-solving skills
• A hands-on, commercially aware approach
• Experience managing rotas, costs and operational resources
