Kitchen Porters Needed – Central London

We are looking for reliable, hardworking Kitchen Porters (KPs) to join busy commercial kitchens, restaurants, hotels and catering teams in Central London.

MUST HAVE 1 YEAR’S KITCHEN EXPERIENCE IN THE UK.

Pay: £12.71–£14.80 per hour + holiday pay, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Pot wash, dishwashing and cleaning kitchen equipment
• Maintain high food hygiene, cleanliness and safety standards
• Support chefs with basic food preparation
• Manage kitchen waste and recycling
• Keep kitchen and food preparation areas clean and organised
• Follow food safety, allergen, HACCP and health & safety procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year’s UK experience as a Kitchen Porter, KP or Kitchen Assistant
• Level 2 Food Safety / Food Hygiene Certificate
• Knowledge of food allergens and safe food handling
• High standards of cleanliness and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Previous hospitality, restaurant, hotel or catering experience preferred
